Richard Arnold has left Strictly Come Dancing

After an amazing weekend at Wembley, the Salsa's and Charleston's are over for this week and we wave goodbye to the eccentric, Richard Arnold.

Farewell Richard…

It was looking like the 42-year-old and his partner Erin would be leaving the show tonight after he landed in the bottom two against Nicky Byrne.

Both couples gave their all in the final dance however the former Westlife star won the majority vote after he and Karen threw some impressive shapes to Jailhouse Rock.

Sadly, Richard's beach salsa to Club Tropicana didn't have the same effect on Bruno, Darcey and Craig.

 

Speaking about leaving the show, Richard joked that he firstly thought that he would "miss the wardrobe the most," before going on to gush that it would in fact be Erin who he didn't want to bid farewell too.

Just before they left the stage Erin spoke of working with Richard saying, "I'm proud to have taught you, to have danced with you and now to be able to call you my friend."

This is just too emotional.

We miss you and your garish shirts already, Richard.
