WATCH: JLS perform an acoustic version of Hold Me Down

NEWSFLASH:  JLS don't just do backflips. They don't just do perfectly synchronised dance routines while avoiding spanking themselves in the face with a trailing necklace. And they don't just ever-so-carefully gel their hair each morning and wear vests tops with a deep V in them. Nuh-uh. They also sing songs, which is what they are doing in this acoustic video of their latest album track, Hold Me Down.

Yeah, acoustic. You know how every song you hear is rendered through a number of robots to make sure it is pitch-perfect before it reaches your floppy, human ears? Not with this one. That's because JLS are kind of like human robots, invented in a laboratory by a maniac to sing songs and do dances. And they are pretty talented at both.

No backflips

This red-hot funky acoustic jam is just the latest video from the boys, filmed during a live session where they sat around in a warehouse while wearing sunglasses like it was no big thing. There, armed with nothing more than their voices, some mic stands, a full band and a multi-unit production crew, they threw down some acoustic jams just to show how good they are ahead of their next album, Evolution. We've got some behind-the-scenes footage above and the video to their latest single below, all to whet your appetites ahead of the November 5th release. IS YOUR APPETITE WHETTED YET?
